Mr. A.D. PADMASINGH ISAAC founded AIMED, which is a social initiative of the Aachi Group. His passion to create entrepreneurs or intra-entrepreneurs has made him start AIMED. He is a BBA graduate and emerged successful as a businessman & an entrepreneur owing to his vision. Among his several awards, the National Award for the Best Employer of differently-abled employees stands as a feather on his cap. He has represented Tamil Nadu as the Chairman of the MSME panel of the Confederation of Indian Industries.
Mrs. THELMA ISSAC is the wife of Mr. A. D. Padmasingh Isaac and also a BA graduate from the University of Madras. She is a highly successful first-generation woman entrepreneur working hand-in-hand with Mr. Isaac. She holds the responsibility of managing Nazareth Foods Pvt. Ltd., of Aachi Group of Companies. She has been awarded the prestigious 'Magalir Virudhu' on the occasion of the Centenary of Women's Day and enjoys working for the cause of empowering women towards employability.
